Daniel Dalpiaz is the owner/creator of the MYB studio in Madison NJ. After a career in graphics and finance, he transitioned into a career in fitness. His credentials include managing national fitness programs, teaching in NYC, performing in videos, and presenting at National Conferences in Atlanta, San Francisco and New York City.

Daniel had the dream of opening up a studio that focused on the concept that improves your memory recollection and your thinking process by working out your brain while working your body. His passion is to bring National/International presenters to MYB. Research shows that dancers have a distinct advantage for slowing the process of aging in the brain and the body. Daniel believes in this whole-heartedly and this is a focus point of all workouts at MYB.

DANCE RHYTHMS

Learn creative choreography that blend musicality, physicality and progression. Explore a wide range of styles, techniques and movement that are broken down over a 4 week period thus creating a dance progression.

BODY DEFINITIONS

This class begins with high energy movements to get your heart rate pumping. It is a combination of form, flexibility, control, and endurance. Get a full body sculpting experience without the impact, exercises designed to sculpt like a dancer’s physique.

ON THE BALL

On the Ball begins with a rhythmic warmup to increase your heart rate. Build strength and endurance through a choreographed series of exercises using a stability ball.

STRENGTH & STRETCH

Bodyweight movements transition to active isolated stretching. Learn how to lengthen muscle by preventing opposing muscle contraction.

JUMP AND PUMP

Remember the time in your life when all you needed was enough room and a rope. Jump and Pump is a return to basics class for everybody; using jump rope training, core strength, and body weight resistance to create a lean and efficient body. Come as you are – no equipment required- just you, a rope and a desire.
