ROPE AND ABS
Fundamental to advanced jump roping – ability to jump rope not required. CR will teach you proper jump roping technique. His abdominal exercises are meant to sculpt, chisel and strengthen your core!
This is a cardio and strength endurance exercise class. CR will improve your stamina, increase muscle definition and challenge you in a fun environment with great music.
