Fitness has always been a big part of Alexia’s life. Alexia is certified in classic bodyART, bodyART Flow, BAX, the willPower Method, TRX and several varying lower body programs. An integral aspect of her teaching style is proper technique combined with functional movement patterns in addition to making exercise a fun experience. Alexia’s passion stems from the ability to encourage and motivate people of all levels to make fitness a priority in their lives.


The bodyART® exercise format is a fully integrated mind-body experience, which incorporates elements of cardio, strength, and flexibility according to the Yin Yang philosophy. All levels are welcome as the class is designed with several stages of intensity to accommodate all participants. You will leave this class fully energized and beautifully connected to your body and mind.
